We are currently seeking a Bilingual Staffing Account Supervisor to support our team. This role is an entry level management position responsible to staff client’s open positions within the hospitality industry. This role will serve as a liaison between HSS team members and our Clients. On a daily basis this role will need to screen, recruit and interview for our open positions. Also will provide training to employees in a regular basis. This position reports directly to the Area Manager.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
*Contact customers on a daily basis and assure their staffing needs are achieved; *Source, qualify, and present a solid, diverse options of candidates for every assigned open position (Housekeepers, Houseman, Dishwashers, Maintenance Technicians, Cooks, Banquet Servers); *Develop recruitment plans and network to proactively fill upcoming and current open orders; *Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable laws and company policies with regard to all talent acquisition and onboarding responsibilities; *Onboard new hires through training and management; *Ensure all new employee onboarding processes are in line with HSS policies; *Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule; *Manage training for candidates without needed experience; *Manage any performance issues or employee relations issues for assignment based employees; *Complete daily activity reports and administrative work related to hiring and tracking hours and payroll; *Present safety training to all HSS employees and attend safety meetings
Skills & Qualifications
*Degree in Business, hotel management, general studies or equivalent experience; *Previous experience in staffing industry preferred; *Experience in hospitality industry highly preferred; *Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; *High level of communication and organizational skills; *Ability to work in fast pace and dynamic environment; *Good verbal and written communication skills; *Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications and computer systems; *Flexible work hours – weekends, evenings and holidays as needed; *Approx. 75% travel around local area (Naples, Fort Myers, Marco Island); *Reliable transportation and valid driving license required
