We are currently seeking a Business Development Coordinator for our Atlanta Area to assist in our hospitality and light industrial areas.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is an outside sales professional responsible for the full range of activities associated with the identification and acquisition of new customers for the business, this person will be responsible for selling for the greater Denver area. Reporting to the Divisional Vice Presidents the BDM will develop a list of strategic target accounts, and then actively work to sell into those accounts.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Works with the Division Vice Presidents to define sales goals and target customers for the year.
Coordinate all aspects of the sales process for all proposals in other Regions
Network, cold call and conduct in person meetings with potential and existing customers.
Qualify business relationships with key decision makers within targeted accounts.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual quotas for both activity and new revenue generation.
Skills & Qualifications:
BA / BS Degree
3+ years of outside sales focused business development activities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience using Salesforce.com
Proven success working in a fast paced, results oriented environment
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
