HSS is currently recruiting for a Chief Maintenance Engineer for a direct position in the Chicago / Magnificient Mile area.
PAY DOE 50-55K
Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent required. Ideally have previous experience within a hotel environment.

- Records management including Fire, Water and all statutory records, conducting weekly fire checks
- General maintenance, gardening, painting, general upkeep of the hotel internal and external, painting, liaising closely with the housekeeping department to ensure the guest rooms are in correct order.
- At times you may be called out of hours to assist. The role may involve some weekends (ad-hoc) and flexibility therefore it is key for the applicant to be fully flexible.
