Experience were looking for:
-Knife cut familiarity. Brunoise, Juliene, Dice Variations, etc .
-Garde Manger knowledge from reputable restaurants.
-knowledge of kitchen tools such as a mandaline, chinoise, robocup, etc.
-Fast food experience DOES NOT COUNT
-Basic knowledge of hot kitchen equipment and cooking methods such as dry heat, moist heart , etc .
-Candidates must have flexible schedules & open available. Accommodations for school / child care are not guaranteed.
