We are looking for professional line cooks, prep cooks and cold production, to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidates will play a key role in contributing to customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

 

PREP COOKS AND COLD PRODUCTION:

  • Knowledge of knife safety, product slicing, and dicing techniques
  • Knowledge of pantry food production and culinary sanitation practices

SAUTEE \ LINE COOK:

  • Knowledge of basic cooking principles including boiling, sauteing, frying and pantry food production
  • Minimum of two years experience working a short order line
  • Tool Requirements: 10″ French knife, 5″ boning knife, steel and carving fork

Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Schedule:

  • Saturdays and Sundays

This is a long-term temporary position during the football and holiday season.  Must be available to work consistently.
