Summary of Job Room Attendant:
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms while providing great customer service. Accountable for cleaning required number of rooms, making beds as assigned, training other housekeepers, changing linens, cleaning toilets, sinks and mirrors. Works with cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment. Ensures that rooms are cleaned to standard operating and quality procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
Cleans the required number of rooms by shift.
Makes beds, changes linens, cleans toilets, bathtubs, mirrors, floors and sinks.
Ensures that rooms are cleaned to required quality hotel standards.
Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees.
Anticipate customer’s needs, provides extra towels or amenities to hotel guests.
Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
Follows all company and regulatory policies.
Reports lost and found to Hotel supervisor
Works weekends and holidays.
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping, cleaning or customer service experience preferred.
Must have schedule flexibility for both shifts, weekends and holidays
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must meet company and hotel grooming standards.
Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Ability to perform all duties as instructed on training.
Ability to lift 25 pounds

Summary of Job Front Desk Attendant;
Responsibilities include:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into the hotel.
- Accurately and promptly provide guest with any information they need during their stay.
- Schedule guest wake up calls and reservations for the following day.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints as needed.
- Prepare guest bills for the next- day checkouts and process reservation cards.

Shift are from 8:00 am- 5:00 pm/ 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

Summary of Job Laundry Attendant:

Laundry Attendant's contribute to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest service and teamwork and must be the kind of person who appreciates high standards of excellence.

Laundry Attendant creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful and exceptional service, while maintaining a clean, comfortable and inviting environment. This position is responsible for processing hotel and guest laundry, including pressing, sorting and folding. Laundry Attendants use commercial pressing and folding equipment and are responsible for programming and logging of their operations.

Collects or receives and segregates soiled linen. Loads and unloads washers and dryers, operates irons and folders and loads clean linen onto carts for transport to the property's outlets. Participates in inventories and keeps the laundry room and equipment clean and in order. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:
Must have schedule flexibility for both shifts, weekends and holidays
Must be able to multi-task
Must be 18 years or older
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Previous laundry experience preferred.
Able to work around laundry chemicals and in a high noise environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must meet company and hotel grooming standards.
Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Ability to perform all duties as instructed on training.
Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy amount of weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and push carts weighing in excess of 200 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and move moderate distances

Job Description of Houseman:
Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel.
Responsibilities:
Stocks room attendant carts with supplies.
Cleans furniture, elevators, glass, planters, etc. in public areas such as lobby, pool and public restrooms. Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space. Picks up trash from parking lot and outdoor areas.
Tends laundering machines to clean articles such as rags, wiping cloth, towels, sheets and other linen.
Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties.
Job Duties:
-Responds promptly to customer needs, requests for service and assistance. Respond to special requests from guests. Delivers cribs, rollaway beds, extra linen or other special guest requests items to guest rooms.
Safety and Security – Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses chemicals and equipment properly. Wears gloves while handling soiled linen. Responsible for any assigned keys and for following key control policies. Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk.
Dependability – Is consistently at work and on time. Arrives at scheduled meetings and appointments on time. Is able to meet the demands of the industry with regard to working holidays and weekends.
