HSS is currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef for a direct position for a busy Anaheim, CA restaurant.
Experienced sous chef to work with our Executive chef and talented culinary staff and kitchen operations. We are a high volume, well established and respected full service restaurant serving classic New Orleans cuisine. Our professional scratch kitchen uses quality ingredients, and we cook to order. We are a strong team that values professional and personal growth for all staff.

- Prior sous chef experience in a high volume kitchen
- Proven leader with a passion for food and quality cooking
- Energetic, enthusiastic with strong communication and organizational skills

- Commitment to safety and care
- Current and valid California State Food Handler card
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ years of age
