Sous Chef –   In addition to manning station shifts cooking on the line, our Sous Chef contributes additional creative, managerial and administrative skills.  The Sous Chef acts as head of the kitchen at times the Head Chef is not present.  Assist with maintaining inventory counts, ordering food products and ingredients.  Assist with creative development of seasonal menu items and recipes and specials.  Assist with training and development of Line Cooks.
